Steam Header Manufacture & Installation.

H&R was called to investigate a leaking steam header. Inspection identified a fracture in the steel body, and the customer instructed our team to manufacture a replacement.

The work also included replacing failing valves and the steam trap. The new header was manufactured to match the existing specification, with inspection blanks added.

Manufacture was completed in three days. Our team then installed the replacement over a weekend to minimise disruption to the working plant.
